Married...With Children may be one of the funniest shows ever to grace a television screen. Being on an upstart television station (Fox), they were able to take a lot of risks that the three major networks would have gasped at at the time. Now, everything is different, and Married...With Children is one of the television shows that pioneered that change (for better or worse).
Season 4 featured some classic Married...With Children episodes that I vividly remember enjoying as a kid. The trip to Vegas, Steve leaving Marcy, Bundyland, Al going to the dentist and Al's attempt at buying a new car are just some of the highlights from this season, which didn't feature a disappointing or enjoyable moment.
Married...With Children is a show that people can really relate to, in a sense. The working man who can never cut a break, kids who are embarrassed by their father, a wife who does nothing; everyone knows someone like this in their lives, which is why this show became such a success.
